Cream monkfish in soya brown sugar and lime

Ingredients:

  1. 10ozs monkfish
  2. 1tbs brown sugar
  3. 1 tbs soya sauce
  4. Squeeze of lime
  5. ¼ pint of cream

Method

Skin, membrane and chop monkfish into bite sizes and fry on a pan with a little butter and oil until golden brown add lime, brown sugar and soya. Cook for a further min add cream.

Serve with new potatoes mange tout.
