Open crab sandwich
Ingredients:
- 450g/lb cooked crab meat
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- Squeeze lemon juice
- 1 tsp tobasco
- Chopped parsley
Mix all the ingredients together
Serve on homemade brown bread or crusty white bread... delicious
