Salmon poached in foil with butter and lemon
Ingredients:
- 1 Salmon Fillet
- 1 Knob of butter
- 1 wedge of lemon
Method
Bring one pint of water to the boil. Make a parcel with the salmon. Rub butter on to the foil and slice of lemon then poach for 15 minutes.
