Salmon poached in foil with butter and lemon

Ingredients:

  1. 1 Salmon Fillet
  2. 1 Knob of butter
  3. 1 wedge of lemon

Method

Bring one pint of water to the boil. Make a parcel with the salmon. Rub butter on to the foil and slice of lemon then poach for 15 minutes.
