Sea Bass with lemon and ginger

Ingredients:

  1. 2 sea bass fillets 6ozs
  2. 1 wedge of lemon
  3. Grated ginger
  4. 1 oz butter
  5. Sprinkle of salt

Method

Melt the butter on the pan fry the sea bass fillets for 3mins on either side. Season and serve.
