Sea Bass with lemon and ginger
Ingredients:
- 2 sea bass fillets 6ozs
- 1 wedge of lemon
- Grated ginger
- 1 oz butter
- Sprinkle of salt
Method
Melt the butter on the pan fry the sea bass fillets for 3mins on either side. Season and serve.
